UPO stands for United · Unfiltered · Uncensored Practice Owners — depending on the hour of the evening. It started with four owners — Mass, Raymond, Carl and Berwyn — meeting up to swap the real, unglamorous side of running a practice.
Now it’s a room of people who get it — payroll, pricing, staffing, the 3am worries. No slides. No jargon. No pitching. What is shared in the room stays in the room.
What we believe
There’s no shortage of clinical training. There’s almost nowhere to learn the business of ownership from people who’ve actually done it. UPO exists to be that room — peer-led, confidential, and honest.
